Abstracts to be presented during the workshop should fit two A4 pages using the Word-template available on this page. Detailed guidelines are mentioned in the template.

The abstract has to be submitted before 15 February 2027. Speakers will be notified of the acceptance of their poster by 15 March 2027.

Please note the following important points, that will make our life a little bit easier:

• Please follow the guidelines given in the template.
• Please submit a Word (doc,docx) file. We cannot accept PDF files.
