Abstracts of poster contributions to be presented during the workshop should fit two A4 pages; please use the Word-template available on this page. Detailed guidelines are mentioned on the template. 

Those presentations selected for contributed talks will have a 12-minute platform presentation (including 2-min for discussion).  Abstracts for contributed talks must be submitted by 15 February 2026.  Poster presentation abstract deadline is Wednesday 15 April 2026.  Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their talk/poster by respectively 28 February 2026 and 23 April 2026.

• Please follow the guidelines given in the template.
• Please submit a Word (doc,docx) file. We cannot accept PDF files.
