Abstracts of poster contributions to be presented during the workshop should fit two A4 pages; please use the Word-template available on this page. Detailed guidelines are mentioned on the template. 

The submission for contributed talks was closed on 15 February and speakers have been notified of the acceptance of their talk.  We decided to extend the submission deadline for poster presentation abstracts to Monday 11 May 2026.  Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their poster by 18 May 2026.

Please note the following important points, that will make our life a little bit easier:

• Please follow the guidelines given in the template.
• Please submit a Word (doc,docx) file. We cannot accept PDF files.
• Please make sure that your last name is included in the name of your file.
