The registration fee for respectively EMAS members, non-members, students and EMAS Bursary recipients, includes a PDF copy of the workshop's Book of Tutorials and Abstracts (invited lectures manuscripts and poster abstracts), three lunches, and refreshment breaks during the workshop, the welcome get-together (Sunday 12 May), and the workshop dinner (Monday 13 May).

The 1-day ticket (Sunday/Monday) includes a PDF copy of the workshop's Book of Tutorials and Abstracts, attendance of the Sunday welcome get-together, and on Monday the lunch, the refreshment breaks and the workshop dinner.
